So confessions come first, I have never written a blog, I have never written anything!
The only words I put to paper are that of my Journal, and lets be honest, it is a bit of a dear diary. However, I have recently recognised that I have now kept a journal for 15 months, writing thoughts, feelings and gratitude every day and I thoroughly enjoy it!
Journaling has changed my life in a number of ways:
- It has allowed me to be creative
- It has kept me accountable to tasks or goals
- It has cleared my mind
- It has helped with my anxiety
- It has enabled me to see the positive
- It is good for self awareness and reflection
All in all, I think I will be journaling for the rest of my life and I hope to share some of those stories contained in my journal with you.
How personal development, affirmations and positive thoughts have helped me grow and really change my life for the better. How I have become a self-help addict and barely get through the day without a Jay Shetty quote!
